Passports and Documents of Identity applications are priced according to the following model. Please note that anyone 16 years of age or younger is considered a child. Also note that all fees are in the currency of the country in which the application is being lodged.
Passports
- Standard five (5) day processing - Adult $200 / Child $100
- Urgent two (2) day processing - Adult $250 / Child $150
- Replacement for lost or damaged passport - Adult $400 / Child $200
- Urgent replacement for lost or damaged passport (2 day processing) - Adult $450 / Child $250
Documents of Identity (DOI)

Permanent Resident Permit
For applications where there is no blood connection to Samoa
- $2000 for the principal applicant, spouse and dependents over 18 years of age; and
- $500 for each dependent under 18 years of age.
For applications where there is blood connection to Samoa
- $500 for the principal applicant, spouse and dependents over 18 years of age; and
- $100 for each dependent under 18 years of age.
